This is what's left of the original Blazer ( notice that the lower body is still attached to the frame, the upper body was cut and lifted away)6.jpg (70345 bytes)As you can see the firewall is still attached to the lower body, a new fire wall was custom built for the Blazer.body bury

This is the front clip primered. Notice the custom made humps for the wheels. Here is a picture of the custom built tilt front clip14.jpg (68379 bytes)In case you can't read the blurred picture, the measuring tape reads 37 inches. This is from the ground to the top of the Blazer.

This is a picture of the front clip ( frame ) the entire front frame was custom built by DanThis is a picture of the front wheel. This is a 13" rim, and custom humps in the fenders were still made to allow for the rims to fit. Keep in mind that when I took this picture that I sat the camera flat on the floor. When you are standing next to the Blazer you can't even really see the rim. The only reason that you can see this much is because of how I took the picture. The photos in this web site will allow you to see the Blazer, but you really have to see this ride in person to get the full effect. This is a picture of the rear wheel. I took this picture with the same camera angle as I did the front (sat the camera on the ground)This is the Donor car for the Blazer. The rear frame of the Fiero was used so that the Blazer's engine could be mounted in the rear.

This is a picture of the custom bent floor board. As you can see from the pic, the Blazer was body dropped and channeled. This is a picture of the custom bent floor board. As you can see from the pic, the Blazer was body dropped and channeled. This is a picture of the motor. The motor is mounted right behind the drivers compartment. Yes this ride is drivable. If the motor wasn't placed here Dan would have had to made a huge hood scoop up front, not to mention the transmission hump. So he decided to mount the engine in the rear of the Blazer. sliding rag
